Garbage Pick Up Able Disposal picks up trash on Monday Mornings. Have your garbage/recycling cans out in front of your house early to make sure it gets picked up. Do not have the garbage out before 6pm on Sunday night or leave the cans out later than midnight Monday. CFL Light Bulbs: You can drop off your old CFL mercury filled light bulbs at Lowes or Home Depot. Bring them to the customer service counter.
Electronic Recycling Drop Off You
can drop off old electronic items such as computers, keyboards,
monitors and TV's at the Portage Recycling Center off of Hamstrom Road
in Portage. The map on the right shows the recycling center's

Recycle Old Batteries! Please drop off old batteries at the old battery receptacle near the mail box at Town Hall.
